Delete your account

1. In the app: Settings → Delete account, then confirm.
2. On the web: sign in at homecoming-journey.com → Settings → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
3. By email: if you can no longer sign in, write to info@rawproductionsgmbh.de from the address your account uses. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Immediately and for good: your login, your profile and profile picture, your journal and dream entries, monthly reviews, workbook answers, your answers to the opening questions, saved items, listening progress, daily plans, course progress, notification settings, and your purchase record with our payment provider RevenueCat.

Invoices and payment records that German tax law requires us to keep (up to 10 years) stay with Apple, Google or Stripe, who processed the payment. A newsletter subscription is separate from the account — every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account, or — for a web purchase — under Settings → Manage subscription on homecoming-journey.com.

2. Im Web: auf homecoming-journey.com anmelden → Einstellungen → Delete account, dann zur Bestätigung DELETE eintippen.
3. Per E-Mail: wenn du dich nicht mehr anmelden kannst, schreib an info@rawproductionsgmbh.de von der Adresse deines Kontos. Wir löschen es innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen per Antwort.

Sofort und endgültig: dein Login, dein Profil und Profilbild, deine Journal- und Traumeinträge, Monatsrückblicke, Workbook-Antworten, deine Antworten auf die Eingangsfragen, gespeicherte Inhalte, Hörfortschritt, Tagespläne, Kursfortschritt, Benachrichtigungseinstellungen und dein Kaufdatensatz bei unserem Zahlungsdienstleister RevenueCat.

Rechnungen und Zahlungsbelege, die wir nach deutschem Steuerrecht aufbewahren müssen (bis zu 10 Jahre), liegen bei Apple, Google oder Stripe, die die Zahlung abgewickelt haben. Ein Newsletter-Abo ist vom Konto unabhängig — jeder Newsletter enthält einen Abmeldelink.

Das Löschen des Kontos kündigt kein Abo. Kündige es vorher in deinem App-Store- bzw. Google-Play-Konto oder — bei einem Kauf im Web — unter Einstellungen → Manage subscription auf homecoming-journey.com.
